SLANCO Ltd is keen to promote the transition to more sustainable methods in primary production. The company was formed to market and distribute Stokslats, a new product that helps protect trees from animals. 

Stokslats have applications in Pastoral, Orcharding and Lifestyle situations where they foster the peaceful co-existence of trees and grazing animals such as sheep, cattle and deer by hindering access to the trunk (bark damage) and by discouraging rubbing (root damage). Stokslats also have applications in Conservation where they deter possums from climbing into the canopy to feed.
